Every year, we
set a budget for the season ahead. We charge registration fees at a level
that we feel is not too expensive. We have always managed our budgets quite
well, in terms of covering ongoing expenses, but we never ever seem to have
that little bit extra for special team projects, such as replacement kits
and maybe even an end of season ‘do’ for the players.
Our club has a
way that you could help us raise that bit extra. For
£ 3.00 a month, or
more if you wish, you could
become “A Friend of Brampton Spartans”.
Payment would be made by a monthly Standing Order Mandate
directly into our bank account. In time, you’d hardly notice such a small
amount, but if we can persuade a few parents, friends,
grandparents….ANYONE, then the “sum of the parts” would give the club a
regular income, which could assist us to make the Club even better for our
players. For each payment received, only £1 a month is retained centrally,
the balance will, at your direction, be channelled directly to the team your
son / daughter plays in, to support that team’s activities during the season
and beyond. Your name will be published on our web-site as
“A Friend of Brampton Spartans”
(at your discretion), to mark the fact that you are helping in the
development of the young people of our area.
What would
Brampton Spartans get?
1 A
sustained income to develop our club going forward.
2
We will not have to be as dependent on our Christmas and Easter
Raffles. In the past, without these, we would not be able to even run at
break-even.
3 The
chance to fund special projects, such professional training and travel to
tournaments.
4 Extra
funding to purchase much needed sporting equipment.
5 Guarantee
the future development of our club.
We hope you will be willing to donate
a small amount each month to secure our Club, which has now reached its 29th Season and still forging forward with its
football development programme. Below is a Standing Order Mandate form,
making it as easy as possible for you to help. Why not fill one in today?
Just pop down to the ground on a Saturday or Sunday and see exactly what we
are doing in the community, or follow our fortunes on www.brampton-spartans.com.
