Every year, we set a budget for the
season ahead. We charge registration fees at a level that we feel is not too
expensive. We have always managed our budgets quite well, in terms of
covering Club expenses like pitch hire, insurance, end of season trophies,
etc. However, we never ever seem to have that little bit extra for special
team projects, such as replacement kits and maybe even an end of season ‘do’
for the players.
Our Club has a way that will help us
raise that bit extra. For £ 3.00 a month, or more if
you wish, you could become “A Friend of Brampton Spartans”. Payment
would be made by a monthly Standing Order Mandate directly into our bank
account. In time, you’d hardly notice such a small amount, but if we can
persuade a few parents, friends, grandparents….ANYONE, then the “sum
of the parts” would give our teams a regular income, which will help the
team managers to provide the best in kit and equipment for their team. When
you join, you nominate the team that you wish to receive your payments – the
Club does not take any of the money into their central funds. Your name will be published on our web-site as “A Friend of
Brampton Spartans” (at your discretion), to mark the fact that you are
helping in the development of the young people of our area.
What would Brampton Spartans get?
1 A regular income, collected on behalf of
individual teams.
2 We will not
have to be as dependent on Christmas and Easter raffles to help teams out
financially.
3 The chance to fund special projects, such
professional training and travel to tournaments.
4 Extra funding to purchase much needed sporting
equipment.
5 Guarantee the future development of our club.
We hope you will be willing to donate a small amount
each month to secure our Club, which has now reached its 31st
season and still forging forward with its football development programme.
Below is a Standing Order Mandate form, making it as easy as possible
for you to help. Why not fill one in today? Just pop down to the ground on a
Saturday or Sunday and see exactly what we are doing in the community, or
follow our fortunes on
